About Julia

Hi I’m Julia Anderson! Also known as Jules. I’m a branding and lifestyle photographer based out of Kansas City.

I was born and raised in Kansas City and I can say I’m truly in love with this city. I started out in my teens working in hospitality (fancy word for Chipotle & Smoothie King). Though, I always had a passion for creativity. I grew up around photography as my dad is a architectural photographer but I found my own love for it in high school when I took my first photography class. The rest was history, I knew at 15 I had found what I wanted to do for my career.

Now a days, I work with brands, creatives, and people who care deeply about what they’re creating and want photography that feels true to them. From branding and product imagery to lifestyle and editorial-inspired portraits, I focus on intentional composition, clean lighting, and the details that make each story unique.
